Hi All,
I am an ED sufferer since I was 14 years old. i thought it would just be an illness of my teenage years. I was in a BBC documentary called 'I'm A Boy Anorexic' in 2008 and thought it was the end of my illness. Apparently not. I am now 30 and still struggling. I am at a healthier weight but my life revolves around maintaining the voice and my weight. I am still underweight but it isn't unhealthy.
I turned 30 this year and wanted to make a change. I remembered how useful it was for me to be on camera. I felt the need to show others what I was doing before I felt comfortable to do it by myself without anyone spurring me on. I therefore started my YouTube channel where I have been posted regularly with food-related challenges to beat my ED. It is helping me and I am now using this in my day-to-day life. Doing challenges like the 10k challenge may be hyperboles, but I wanted to truly beat my ED voice to the ground.
I wanted to give hope to people who are going through recovery. You can do it. You just need to find the right outlet. This has been the best idea for me as I am now eating foods I wouldn't normally eat, without rituals and I am finally gaining weight.

Thanks for the help, stressmaster. This has been bothering me for a long time, so I’m glad I’ve finally found the answer. Looking for an answer to a simple question for ages is what being a 60-year-old grandpa looks like, you know. I have a youtube channel where I share some gardening secrets. My grandson has even bought me some subscribers that you can buy and see here. Though I’ve retired, I try to be useful to society by making my videos. Ugh, too many words. Thanks for your help, buddy! https://fanhype.de/youtube-abonnenten-kaufen/
Thanks for sharing your experience. I also love to make videos and dream of starting my own YouTube channel. To do this, I need a little more experience and of course my secret chips to attract and keep the attention of the viewer. I found a cool source https://wave.video/video-captioning where I can add automatic subtitles, I think this is what I will focus on, because videos with subtitles are more likely to be watched to the end, which is exactly what I need to advance in the first stages.
What you have supplied is incredibly helpful, and you are awesome. Additionally, I was considering how to begin building my own YouTube channel, I was told by a buddy that I needed to start 24/7 streaming and pre-recording video. In the end, this service https://gyre.pro/ assisted me and it's reasonably priced. Views have increased!
