Weighing In

My grandfather is very concerned about my weight. I am not underweight, I am close, but not under. And now every week I have to weigh in. He is going to see my weight every single week. And that means every week he expects it to get higher. I'm not trying to gain, i'm trying to maintain, but they don't know that. They won't let me exercise and are very invasive in my food habits. I don't like eating around them because I am afraid of judgement. I can't do it. I can't weigh in every week like this. I can't do it.

I know i'm going to have to

I know i'm going to have to do it again this week
