What do I do?

I just want to throw up. I can’t forget what I ate or let it go. I just feel this constant need to make myself throw up. It’s the only thing that will make me feel better. I ate too much and I’m so regretful. How do I get over this what do I do?


Do you have any hobbies that can distract you, to take your mind off what you ate and how you want to deal with it? Or maybe talking with a friend could get your mind on a different gear. I hope you get some peace of mind. Hang in there. Hugs
