I am emotionally doing really well at the moment I am staying on my meal plan and not having flashbacks with next to no eating disorder thoughts. I met with my psychiatrist and she told me she's really proud of me. That made me happy.
Because I'm pre diabetic, I've been working with my dietitian to adjust my meal plan. I'm going to try to start getting a little bit of gentle walking in each day, starting with a daily 5 minute walk.
Right now I'm getting a manicure and pedicure and it feels really nice. I've been working so hard in recovery and it's definitely been worth the past 3 years of relapsing to come put on top and free after 29 years.
So that's where I'm at. Recovery is possible, but takes a lot of hard work.
