NEDA Network Virtual Support Groups

The NEDA Network is a partnership between NEDA (National Eating Disorders Association) and other mission-aligned organizations dedicated to advancing the field of eating disorders and building a community of support and hope. With nearly 20 member organizations, the NEDA Network provides a unified voice in the fight against eating disorders.

The following is a list of virtual support group options offered by some of these Network organizations (sorted by time zone). This information has been supplied by the nonprofits and compiled as a resource as of 3.24.20 at 2pm eastern time.

Rock Recovery

Support group for mothers with eating disorders

A monthly support group to provide community and healing to moms at all stages of motherhood who need additional support for disordered eating and body image issues.

Breaking Bread (Meal support and processing)

A weekly, two-hour clinical group that includes a clinician-supported dinner and group processing.

Open to residents of Virginia and DC only, this group meets weekly on Thursdays (6:15 - 8:45 PM) and Sundays (5:30 - 7:30 PM).

Bridge to Life Body Image Therapy Group

A weekly 90-minute process group for adults who want to develop a healthier view of themselves and deepen their understanding of how emotions are connected to disordered eating and self-image.

Group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8:00 PM EST (virtual on Zoom). Open to residents of Virginia and DC (please email for more info).
