- NEDA assumes no liability and accepts no responsibility for any acts, omissions, decisions or services attributable to facilities or treatment providers listed in the directory.

NEDA is not a healthcare or treatment provider and does not attempt to practice medicine or give medical advice. You agree to indemnify and hold NEDA harmless for any claims, losses or damages arising from the acts, omissions, decision or services of any facility or treatment provider chosen by you from the directory. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO ANY CLAIMS, IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER CONCEPT IN LAW OR EQUITY AND AGREE TO HOLD NEDA HARMLESS AND PAY ALL COSTS AND EXPENSES OF NEDA’S LEGAL COUNSEL IN THE EVENT YOU INITIATE ANY CLAIM AGAINST NEDA.

NEDA does not pre-screen or pre-evaluate the facilities or treatment providers in any way before they are put on the list. Nor does NEDA pre-screen, pre-evaluate, or consider the Medicare/Medicaid status of these providers. NEDA does not actively verify the credentials or licensing of any of the facilities or treatment providers in the directory. The choice of a facility or treatment provider from the directory is entirely up to you and other facilities or treatment providers or verifiers exist beyond NEDA’s directory which may provide adequate treatment for your specific needs. You alone are responsible for researching, interviewing and selecting a suitable facility, treatment provider and course of treatment.

NEDA, its employees and representatives are distributors (not publishers or verifiers) of the content and information supplied by the third party facilities and treatment providers listed in the directory. The accuracy of any information in the directory is the responsibility of each facility or treatment provider. Accordingly, NEDA, its employees and representatives have no more editorial control over this content and information than does a public library. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content made available by the facilities, treatment providers or other third parties are those of the respective author(s). NEDA, its employees and representatives are not responsible for any material posted by the third parties.
