Back to School
Every Body Belongs Here
Back-to-school season can be exciting—but it can also be overwhelming, especially for students dealing with or at risk for an eating disorder. The pressure of new routines, academic demands, and social changes can make this time of year particularly tough.
Whether you’re a student who’s struggling, in recovery, or supporting someone who is—you’re not alone. Friends, parents, teachers, coaches, and counselors all play a powerful role in recognizing the signs and offering support.
The good news? With early awareness and intervention, we can make a real difference.
This season, we’ve gathered resources to help you learn more about eating disorders, recognize the warning signs, and know where to turn for help. You’ll also find flyers, videos, and blog posts with helpful tips.
Every body belongs here—at school, in community, and in recovery.
