Your in Total Control----I deleted My Post OK?

I have learned to enjoy eating healthy food in the past 2 months as a result of returning to work. Thank goodness, as Summer was so very boring and so darn hot weather wise too. Talking bout the weather is OK, right??? I wish u all Good Luck in "Nosing Up" and "Getting a Grip" and like I did after college days, getting over our problems with food issues and going on in life and learning to enjoy The Good Things in Life too. And Learning to become fully functioning young adults, and pursue careers to support ourselves and be independent from the chains that bind us, food, addiction, whatever it may be.

Hi 1Bluerose68!

Thank you for your inspiring post. I'm glad to hear that you are in a happy place mentally and can focus on what your body is telling you and what it needs. I do suggest seeing a counselor because they have helped me immensely in my struggles even though I now have more good days than bad. This journey is full of twists and turns, mountains and valleys, but it's important for you to continue staying strong!
