In residential

Hi guys,
it's been a while since I checked in! I was not doing well, and relapsing into old behaviors, and becoming more depressed the last time that I posted. My treatment team and family nearly forced me into residential care and I could not have been more grateful. I hated the idea, but it's one of the best decisions of my life. It's not easy, but residential makes such a difference. For the first time in three years, I feel like I actualy have a real chance at recovery. If any of you are questioning that as a next step, I highly recommend it. It helps you to learn a lot about yourself, and find all the reasons for recovering yourself if not for other people! Love you all, and hope that you're having a wonderful day/night!

Love to Write

Hey guys!

It's hard work, but I've been in residential treatment for about 6 weeks now. Got one week to go and REALLY recommend it!!! It has helped tremendously already, and my mindset towards food and life is a million times better. I genuinely care about my recovery now in a way I never have before. I wish you all good luck in recovery, and encourage the most care possible!!! Love to write, you are incredibly kind and worthy of recovery, and so supportive on this site. You are much loved, and I hope you receive as much self-love as possible!

That is so wonderful to hear <3 So glad that your mindsets are shifting & you are motivated towards recovery in a new way! I really appreciate your kind words and encouragement, that means a lot. I have been behavior free for about 2 and a half years now, and at a really stable place in recovery. Praises that healing & freedom from this illness is possible ! Please keep us posted on how you are doing. You are wonderful!
