Only sometime

Basically I don't know what's wrong with me or what kind of eating smdisorder I have. I used to restrict my calories and I'm also a vegan. I have been for a year. When I became vegan I started restricting my calories as well but eventually I would binge then I would throw up. Now I don't restrict but I usually stay healthy. Every now and then I make myself some food then I'll get more of it until I feel sick and then throw it up. It's usually only when I'm at home doing nothing or when I'm bored but I don't know how to stop. I feel bad when I'm doing it but feel so much better I after I throw it up.

Hi Olivia47bauman,

Welcome to the forum. I am sorry to hear that you are struggling. You have come to the right place for support.

I am not a medical professional, so I cannot diagnose what you have described, but these behaviors are definitely cause for concern. Left unaddressed, they may continue to build a more powerful hold over your daily life. Have you spoken to a medical professional about what is going on? As the moderator indicated, NEDA has some great resources to identify support in your area. Perhaps, give the helpline a call to get connected with someone in your area (1-800-931-2237 a M-Th 9-9EST or F 9-5EST).

Please continue to post here and let us know how things go!
