Jan 16th Welcome Back to Wellness 9am to 4pm in E-wing (in front of library) Therapy dogs and wellness giveaways! .

Jan 21st MLK Day of Service 8am-4pm Campus Center Coffee House. Creating operation beautiful materials for DEAP Month, including: pins, positive affirmation rocks, ribbons, and having a reflection session on disordered eating.

Feb 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th Disordered Eating Awareness and Prevention Screenings with therapy dogs and interactive tabling. 9am-4pm E-Wing Gallery (in front of the Library)

Feb 11th Yoga Class and Recovery Narrative with Grace and Glory Owner Allie Nunzi -6pm-8pm Board of Trustees Room

Feb 12th Student Stories of Recovery From Eating Disorders - C134 at 4:30pm-5:45

Feb 13th Keynote Speaker Stacy Pershall from Active Minds - campus center theater at 8pm-9:30

Feb 14th Coping Skills Workshop Thursday at 4:30pm - CCMR 1 through 5. 5 class rooms next to each other teaching judo, mindful eating, meditation, artistic expression, and distress tolerance skills, take an hour and learn 5-new coping skills!
