When was the last time you gave yourself time to “just be” and notice your breath? Come as you are and join us for a mindfulness-based yoga practice at Austin's first size-inclusive, mirror-free exercise studio, Autonomy Movement. This complimentary event will include gentle yoga, refreshments, and a conversation with Adrien Paczosa on fueling your body for movement.

Adrien Paczosa is a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD). Adrien began her path towards nutrition by falling. She has been dancing since age 2 and continued into college. During a practice she took a fall and broke her foot, and that sparked the idea of needing a new direction in her life. Adrien pivoted her career into nutrition. As a former dancer Adrien knows the importance of fueling your body for movement.
