Caring for a loved one struggling with an eating disorder is difficult, overwhelming, and downright scary. If you are supporting a loved one who is struggling, you know this all too well. Join us at this workshop that will talk about learning the language of eating disorders and how to communicate with your loved one, the science behind eating, re-feeding, weight restoration, and meal plans, and the how and why of self-care while caring for your loved one. Please RSVP and join us at the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center. Light refreshments will be served.
