Im not alone?

Hi! Im new here and ive been in a process of loosing weight for the last 2,5 years. I have lost some weight but then put some of it back on. I have become very fit and am getting to know my body. Bloatedness, constant variating inbetween sizes and shape is a daily occurance.

I always thought i was alone in this and never really wanted to talk about this cause i was and still am - ashamed. Do you experience this? In day to day life? Do you try to hide your disorder? Or did you? Its very tiring appearing like i dont have a lroblem and secretly eat at home.

Thank you!

Hi and welcome to the forum. I am really glad you came to the forum. I want you to know you are NOT alone, not here on this forum. We are here to help each other and to support each other. Someone one will understand exactly what you are going through. I want you to know you have nothing to be embarrassed about. We all struggle with something. When people like us who struggle with eating it just sometimes is more visible than what others may struggle with. Sometimes our struggles are everyday, all day seemingly never getting a break from ED. Other times it seems like we get a break and we are like, wow, it's been a few days and I haven't been obsessed with ED.

It was a brave step you took in coming to this site. I am sorry you have felt so alone. For so long. It is difficult on the body physically and emotionally to be dealing with the weight flux. Please keep posting, keep us posted in how you are feeling, and just to get support. iwanttolive
