I don't know what happened

I don't know what happened. I was ok with what I ate. I wasn't uncomfortable at all, yet... I went to the bathroom and purged. Usually I have a reason to, but right now I didn't. I don't know what is wrong with me. Why would I purge if I felt pretty much fine?

Hi Melissaah,

I can't speak specifically for you, of course, but habits can be really tough to break - sometimes we can slip into an old routine or pattern before we even know why we are doing it! It can be really frustrating to be engaging in a behavior and not even know why.

Do you have a therapist that you can discuss this with, who can give you advice a little more specific to you?

Yes pianogirl I have a therapist. I go to see her today. I will let her know what is going on. She knows about everything already. I guess this is another thing I have to add to the list.
