I am recovered from my eating disorder after 4 years of fighting it

Hi! My name is Dena. It has been a long road for me to get to where I am today, but I swear to you: recovery is real & worth it.

And for those of you who are feeling like you're hanging onto recovery by a thread: Remember, the enemy screams the loudest right before they lose. You can beat this. I promise.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Thank you for reaching out and for your encouragement. Sorry your post was edited. Can you share your story without having to go to your post that was deleted? I am sure it will be helpful. I myself am heading into my ninth month of recovery. Hard to believe it. So, would you be willing to share how you were able to get into recovery and maintain it? Thank you again,

Hi Dena-
Thank you so much for your encouragement! It has been so wonderful to hear stories of hope on here. I would be curious to hear more about your journey to seeking and maintaining recovery. I too have been recovered for nearly 3 years. Such freedom <3 Life outside of ED is so glorious. It amazing to hear about all you have overcome. Would love to hear more of the wisdom you have to share on the forums.
