Heat Waves are Trigger for Not Exercising and eating cool high fat desserts

Then 1 thing leads to another and next thing i am eating the next dessert i can get my hands on. I don't even recall eating dinner, just dove right in to a binge and forgot about any dinner 1st. Now feeling bloated, way too full and miserable. I think returning back to work helped me curb my appetite and boot back up to obsessing over my exercise routines.

I'm sorry that you had a bad night, but I'm glad you came on here to talk about it and let out your emotions. These forums can be a great tool on your roady to recovery and I truly encourage you to use them as much as possible. Regarding your period, it is very normal to lose it and not get it back for a while after recovery. However, I do think it's something worth discussing with a medical professional.
