Stuck on Getting the Food "Right"

I'm at a critical health level where I know more food - any food is important medicine. I've had too much advice from well meaning docs and dieticians about "be careful of too much ___ or make sure you get enough __" to know what to work into my routine.

And then I'm scared that the routine won't be satisfying and I'll have all sorts of cravings.

Someone remind me that 1) it's about the big picture balance and 2) cravings and out-of-control hunger are normal and healthy when the body is undernourished and will go away with time.
