Want to stop.

I want to stop binge eating and hiding food. I don't want to do it anymore. I'm tired of hating myself and wanting to give up forever. I don't want to be a bother. Sorry.

Yes, I want to be "normal" too and stop doing weird stuff with food. It can be such a roller coaster. Some days are definitely easier than others.

I doubt that you are a bother though and you have no reason to say sorry. That is guilt and shame talking most likely. Hang in there, hopefully tomorrow will be better.
