How to ask my partner to help

My partner has asked me many times how he can best show up for me to help me with healing from my ED. I talk to him openly about it, he checks in with me about it, and will encourage me to eat when he notices I am not. I have told him and explained how his actions (even non food-related) influence my ED behaviors. (ex: a disagreement will lead to a binge or a starving period). This, rightfully, concerns him to know he influences my ED negatively, but I have yet to provide him with guidance on how he can help me.

I don't really know where to begin. Does anyone have examples of what they have asked loved ones to help them heal? Helpful boundaries they have set? Anything tangible would be very helpful.

Thank you!!
