Hey, haven't heard from you for a while. How are you doing?

Doing well

Thank you for checking in. I'm doing emotionally well and doing well in recovery. I've been learning to sit with my emotions as they come. I don't miss anything about my eating disorder. I'm really happy with where I'm at. How are you doing right now?

Hanging in there

It's been a rough past week. I got through all my meals today, but supper is still giving me a lot of anxiety. Thx 4 asking. Glad you're doing well.

I'm sorry

You're struggling. Maybe something that would help would be to figure out your feelings and think about why you're feeling them. It will increase your emotional tolerance over time. I hope that helps.
