finally accepting my eating disorder

Finally coming to.terms with.the fact I am severly.bulimic...for about 7 would just go away on.its own but its only getting.worse. I dont know what to do and I dont know how to stop & it scares the.hell help please :/

I'm so proud of you for coming on here to ask for help. Have you told anyone what is going on? I can hear your fear and I can definitely understand it. Having an eating disorder is scary and talking about it is scary as well. However, I believe in you and you deserve to live a life free from your eating disorder! This first step may seem a bit overwhelming but by getting help, you can get your life back. Tell someone you trust what is going on. As you said, eating disorders don't go away on their own.
