How to tell my Mom I’m relapsing

Hi - so I’m new here and don’t really know how to post or what to include. I’m 18F and have had anorexia for just over a year now, but it got significantly worse after I started university last fall. I told my mother what was going on when I ended up hospitalized briefly, and I decided to recover at the beginning of the summer. I worked quite hard and was able to make some real progress, and was allowed back to university for this year.
The bad news is I’ve relapsed. I don’t think I want to recover anymore, and I don’t know how to tell my mom what’s going on. She will definitely want me to come home, which I really don’t want to do for a variety of reasons.
Is it stupid of me for not telling her? I don’t know what to do...
