Trust me, there have been hundreds if not thousands, if not tens of thousands of discussions about her and her situation on the various peer-to-peer ED forums. She makes her living doing those YouTube videos, so there's not a lot of incentive on her part to stop. And remember, she's not the only person with anorexia on YouTube, so if they banned her, where would it end ?
The issue for most people seems to be her refusal to admit that she has ANY sort of problem at all. If she did admit to having an ED, all those clothing companies that send her free clothing to model would stop sending them to her. Plus she'd pretty much have to go into recovery, which she's clearly not interested in doing. And she'd lose her income. So if she admits to any sort of problem, essentially her gig will be over.
Apparently she supports both her mother and herself on her YouTube earnings, so there are fingers to be pointed at her mother as well. The grapevine says that all of her friends and relatives are indeed worried about her, but that when the topic is brought up by those who are close to her, she gets upset and refuses to talk about it.
The only solution that people can see is for her to get legally sectioned, as she is an adult, and can't be forced into treatment without some kind of court order. . But a judge would have to be convinced that she was unable to look after herself, which given her success in making an income, might be a difficult thing to argue.
But yeah, she is an ongoing topic of conversation on the ED forums - The general consensus being that she is a sweet girl, but even people who are active in their EDs themselves continue to fear for her life, and worry that she may be a bad influence on young people.

A big deal all over the web and the various forums today. She'd notably not been posting as frequently as she normally does, and as a result, people have been considerably more worried than usual.
Then a brief tweet showed up on her Twitter feed today, saying that she was seeing a doctor, and would be taking a break from social media for a while.
No one is quite sure what the exact situation is, but there was even a tweet yesterday from the local police department in her town, saying that they were aware of her and of people's concerns, and that folks need to give her some privacy.
Whatever the situation actually is, given all the commotion, I suspect that there's no turning back for her now, as far as the subject of recovery is concerned.
Several videos came out at around the same time yesterday. One by a big Youtube influencer who went to visit her at her home, one fairly disturbing one by the group of three friends who had caused her to be in treatment, and one by Eugenia herself.
The way things came down was that her friends lured her out of her house and away from the mother, to a spot where, unbeknownst to Eugenia, a mental health assessment team from the city was waiting. They did an assessment, and then committed her involuntarily. Once the commitment period was up, Eugenia apparently decided to stay on in the program and appears physically better.
Folks had always been suspicious of the mom, and it turns out that she had allowed her daughter to not see the doctor for the last five years. And sent the police to try and arrest the group of friends who had set up the intervention for kidnapping. When the police arrived, they found another group of police that the assessment team had sent to take Eugenia to the hospital.
The group of friends now worry about the fact that she's back with the mom again.
Has anything else happened furthermore on the case of Eugenia? This woman is clearly worrying too many people that should be more concerned with themselves. Also, why has the mother not been arrested? Just curious!
If you should see this, please catch me up
People with EDs do pay attention to her, but I think it's because she serves as sort of an allegory for their own struggles. Will she get better, when she knows she should, and many others know she should too ? For folks with ED's, she's their dilemma writ large, I think. The general consensus among those with EDs seems to be that very few people "just recover" without regular therapy (which some people believe she may not be currently involved with) and even then there are often some pretty big bumps in the road.
At this point she makes sure to totally cover up, so there's none of the physically revealing clothing that used to be her trademark, and that seems to be keeping the trolls which used to flood her site at bay. She did make a video where she referred to having been in treatment, and did use the term "eating disorders" when mentioning problems that other people might be struggling with, and I guess she openly ate some yogurt in one of her videos. But basically she seems to back to her same routine of shopping and makeup etc, as though everything is fine.
Okay! Well it's good to hear that someone in such an influential position has been doing something (if anything) to stop the habits and start the road to recovery. It is incredibly frustrating that someone could be inadvertently be a thinspiration and not realize it. I've read that she took a break from social media for awhile and has recently returned (though less frequently) but I fear that her followers with EDs could be more concerned with her recovery rather than their own?
I'm pretty sure there were some issues surrounding this regarding abuse by her parents...really dark stuff. Nobody knows how true it is, though, and there seems to be a lot of legal tip-toeing, like when Shane Dawson went over to do her return video/interview, as there was a lawyer present. This entire situation is deeply concerning to me, and I really think that her being on social media is making things worse for her in some ways. Viewing her content triggers many people who have EDs as well. There may be a way to petition for this, somehow, but I'm unsure. It would have to be done on a website by website basis, probably, like first YouTube, then Instagram, etc., and would have to be specific about the removal of body pictures, but I don't think there's too much we can do because she's basically on the right side of the borderline for anything too extreme to be posted.
"This entire situation is deeply concerning to me, and I really think that her being on social media is making things worse for her in some ways."
The general consensus seems to be that she's relapsing. And that everyone is getting to see her do it. At the same time, relapse is certainly something that can happen to people, so I can't feel good about how people are starting to hate on her again.
To be honest, another thing that worries me is how she seems to never grow up. She's well into her mid 20's now, but continues to act like she's 15. How this relates to her relationship with her mom…who knows.
What she choses to do is probably nobody's business, but I know that people who genuinely care about her would feel better if she seemed like she was beginning to take on some of the responsibilities of an adult. Learn to drive, get her own place, perhaps get a boyfriend, and get some regular therapy too.
Because it's worrisome seeing her acting as though this state of perpetual childhood is a thing which is going to be just fine for her.
So far as we know, she supports both herself and her mother with what she makes on YouTube, so her mother could also be blamed. Word on the street is that all of her friends and family are worried about her, but when her close friends and family bring it up, she gets upset and won't talk about it from https://mylocationnow.io/.

It's great that things are changing for her.
We'll see I guess. Recovery is hard enough as it is, without the idea that almost two million followers are going to be wondering how you are doing.
I'm sorry but it sounds like youre feel like that
but im afraid there is no way to ban their account
