This morning I had more than I was supposed to, which caused me some stress, but I was able to get back on track, notice and honor my hunger and fullness cues at the meal our with my husband, especially since they never came to figure out what was wrong with the dishwasher and kitchen sink. They didn't even have the courtesy to call like they said they were going to.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time and hope you will be okay soon. Sending you lots of hugs to help you.

Dear savedbygrace

When my plumber finally shows up at our front I exclaim (kidding of course, but he get's it) God is here, because that's how hard it is to get them. I really loved what you said about "hunger and fullness" cues. For me, it's like finding the Wizard in the Emerald City in OZ. Except he'd have some answers.

Thank you

I appreciate it.
