I appologize if I ever make you feel judged. I'm just trying to speak up for others.

Well don't then.

Just help yourself to feel better and not worry so much about contriolling everything else. Justbtry and relax and enjoy your life. It could be a lot worse. You are lucky to have a nice husband who takes you out to eat at nice places and is like your best friend. Try and see things in a more Positive Fashion and perhaps life will improve and you may even lose some need to control your body so much and let your appetite do what it wants w/o feeling guilty about meals as you mentioned having felt in the past forum entries.
