From endless conversations around food and diets, to seeing family members who may invoke unpleasant emotions, Thanksgiving and the holiday season can be an incredibly difficult time for people struggling with body image and eating concerns.

Recognizing the increased need for support during food-centric holidays such as Thanksgiving, The NEDA Helpline* will be available via click-to-chat from 12 pm - 8 pm ET on Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 25, 2021.

In addition to offering holiday click-to-chat Helpline hours, we have compiled a list of resources below to provide information and inspiration to help navigate this Thanksgiving.
