NEDA Educator Toolkit

The NEDA Educator Toolkit is a resource for educators, staff who work in a school setting or those who work with youth outside of school. If you want to understand more about eating disorders, if you’d like to know how to support students and young people who may be affected, this information will help you. We’ve included frequently asked questions and common myths about eating disorders, strategies for assisting students and much more. The toolkit was developed in response to your requests for a simple, easy-to-use format to find answers to questions and concerns. Each toolkit developed for NEDA will be updated as new research and information becomes available.

Throughout the toolkits are helpful links to organizations including government agencies. Given that sites change and even more often links change within sites you may occasionally come across links that are no longer working. If you find a broken link, first try copying the link into the address bar. If this does not work call our Helpline and we will help you find the page you are looking for. 800-931-2237
