The STAR launch in Arkansas was held at the State Capitol on February 26,

2009. We had about 60 in attendance. Twenty-one individuals expressed

interest in working on the project. The group of volunteers are majors in the

Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Harding University, Searcy,
